McLaren Masterpieces

One thing that is certain about McLaren Automotive is that when it creates its sculptural masterpieces that are otherwise known as âhigh-performance cars,â it makes extensive use of carbon fiber materials, as well as serious handcraftsmanship in the execution of the vehicles.
Case in point is the McLaren P1 that the company developed and will display at the Geneva Motor Show next month, one that ups the ante on the already exquisite. That is, the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) Bespoke division went at the vehicle. Here, there is a fully visible carbon fiber body and a special âLio Blueâ tinted lacquer.
Know that McLaren produced just 375 P1s.
For those who might have missed the opportunity to acquire a P1, McLaren will be debuting its 675LT Spider, which is powered by a 666-hp twin-turbo V8 and can go from 0 to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds. This car features a satin carbon fiber retractable hardtop, among other carbon fiber elements (e.g., the front wings have carbon fiber louvers).
How many 675LT Spiders is McLaren producing?
500.
Oh, wait. You canât get one. Theyâve all been spoken for.
